You may or may not have heard the news that Google is creating a new parent company, Alphabet Inc.

Basically, Google will keep its most known products like YouTube, Android, and apps whilst bringing the new ventures under Alphabet.

Larry Page, founder of Google, said the move would help to create a more straightforward structure for their now diverse group of businesses. He will also move to become CEO of Alphabet, with his position at Google being taken over by Sundar Pichai, the current senior vice president.
