Senior Developer Usama is part of the web team, which to some of us in the office, speaks a different language, such DevOps operations and CI/CD pipelines. (He assures us this has nothing to do with North Sea oil!)

What it does mean though, is that clients benefit from his vast knowledge, experience and excellent troubleshooting abilities.

And such is the depth and breadth of his know-how, part of his role involves mentoring and sharing knowledge, so whenever the opportunity arises, he can present ideas and workflows that are beneficial to the team. 

Why I do it: Love of the game, simple as that. I’ve been tinkering with PCs and ‘modding’ games since I was 11 years old. Creating something that I take pride in, and for others to use to their enjoyment or benefit is something that keeps me going.
