Smartsheet is a dynamic work management platform developed in the US that enables organisations to work flexibly at scale, and with improved visibility of work status and progress, with particular focus on project and portfolio management.

Our relationship with Cheetah began in 2021 when the business found itself seeking bespoke solutions to its b2b marketing needs, to underpin its desire to grow brand awareness and support ambitious expansion plans.

Fast forward three years, and Cheetah Transformation has gone from strength to strength.

Among its many achievements, it has expanded its workforce to meet increasing demand for its expertise, maintained its top tier Platinum Partner status three years running (no mean feat), and created an impressive events programme aimed at user groups and would-be clients.

Cheetah’s whirlwind three years has seen it establish itself as one of the leading lights of the worldwide Smartsheet community.

Alongside the ‘day job’ guiding businesses on their Smartsheet journey, the Cheetah team has hosted several online and offline events for user groups, including one in conjunction with the BBC in Manchester.

It was proud to be the first and only EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Partner to sponsor and exhibit at the annual ENGAGE Smartsheet partner summit in Seattle and host the inaugural ENGAGE UK in London.

Our supporting role in this aspect of the Cheetah journey has been to create event materials such as exhibition stand designs, merchandise and banners, all produced in-house by our outstanding print and signage division.

We’ve promoted events with advertising, made a show reel video to showcase Cheetah’s capabilities for ENGAGE Seattle, which was later adapted for the London summit.

And we have produced email invitations, and created content such as blogs, emails and newsletters – all the while supporting Cheetah with a robust digital and social media strategy – more of which in a moment.

Back in 2021, we embarked on an investigative and in-depth marketing audit, which drilled down into marketing practices, needs and requirements to form a robust and comprehensive roadmap of activities. The unwavering focus was on company objectives and outcomes.

So, what have we achieved? At the time of writing…

YouTube subscribers are up 18% year-on-year with 2,500 views a month.

Cheetah’s LinkedIn presence has increased exponentially year-on-year (YoY), with the latest statistics showing posts regularly pulling in approximately 3,800 impressions with an engagement rate of 30%, which has far surpassed our goal of 8%.

From a search engine optimisation (SEO) perspective, Cheetah currently rank for 22 keywords on Google, and both clicks and impressions are up by 100% YoY.

We have seen vast improvements in website traffic too with sessions, users, and events all showing exponential increases. For example, in one six month period, the website garnered more than 15k sessions, a 670% increase YoY, thanks to our SEO efforts.

In addition, our PR and copywriting experts have supported Cheetah’s blog and newsletter content to ensure all output is honed to perfection for maximum impact and engagement.
