Overview

Cornerstone is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced account manager to join our growing agency.

Known for our passion for the industry, ability to achieve the impossible and provide outstanding work, client satisfaction and results, we are looking to recruit an account manager that is highly motivated, a strong communicator and planner, an excellent people person and up for taking on new and demanding challenges.

The role will involve the management of multiple deadlines and projects, building client relationships, as well as providing the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining outstanding levels of attention to detail for clients and their campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years’ experience within a marketing or agency role, be looking to develop their career in a growing agency, be passionate about the job and be a strong and confident planner and marketing strategist.

Key Skills

  • Time management and planning – ensuring multiple projects are completed in a polished and streamlined manner within deadlines, ensuring accurate milestone achievement
  • Detail Orientated – A keen eye for detail, brand identity, consistency and creativity
  • A Marketer – Marketing trained to a degree or CIM level, with practical experience of implementing solid marketing strategy and tactics across accounts
  • Commercially Aware – Ensuring accurate quoting and estimations for client projects
  • Fully Integrated – Strong understanding of the full marketing mix spanning creative, digital, PR and web
  • Briefing and brief taking – interpreting client requests and transforming those into a solid and well thought through internal brief
  • Communication – A strong communicator both verbally and written, able to articulate requirements, outcomes and goals succinctly and effectively
  • Planning – A natural planner and organiser both of your own projects and the teams and clients you work with


Key Responsibilities

  • Retainer clients – Management of key client retainers, ensuring monthly delivery of all required activities across our departments
  • Project management – ad hoc project management for a variety of clients across industries to client brief and deadlines
  • Strategy – Marketing strategy for your allocated clients, working with our lead strategist to form objective-driven activities for yearly client planners
  • Planning – Planning of projects, teams and retainers ensuring milestone achievement and project delivery
  • Client satisfaction – ensuring client satisfaction throughout your project delivery

Salary and Benefits

  • Starting salary between £25,000 – £34,500 DOE

Senior SEO & Digital Marketing Executive

Senior SEO & Digital Marketing Executive

Overview

We are looking for highly motivated senior digital marketer with SEO specialism to be part of a team leading the many digital projects and campaigns we deliver for our wide and varying range of clients across the UK. Reporting to the Head of Digital, the ideal candidate will have 3 – 4 years’ practical agency experience in social media marketing, PPC, email marketing, analytics platforms, with a particular passion for SEO, as well as the ability to work both independently on projects as well as working within a team. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded digital marketer with specialised SEO experience to work across a wide range of industries and progress their career in a growing agency. You will be responsible for SEO research, planning, strategy and implementation, as well as day-to-day responsibility of client digital projects and campaigns of varying scale and sizes, showcasing solid results and ROI for our clients and agency through digital reporting and analytics summaries.

WordPress Developer

WordPress Developer

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated middleweight / senior WordPress developer to join our team to help with the many web builds and improvements we deliver for our wide and varying range of clients across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in delivering custom WordPress builds to exacting specifications, and will have the ability to work both independently on projects as well as working within a team.

You will be responsible for the front and back end elements of the build process, taking exported assets and XD designs from our design team and turning them into carefully crafted HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript. Each build is custom, unique and highly rewarding.

Key Skills

  • WordPress theme development (custom)
  • Strong proficiency with PHP, HTML5, MySQL, JavaScript and CSS3
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
  • A minimum of 3 years WordPress experience
  • Bug fixing and problem solving
