As a new client to Cornerstone, Alan Kirkham Estate Agents approached our agency with a brief that entailed the need to create a whole new look and feel to their businesses brand identity, which involved us creating a fresh company logo, slogan, marketing strategy, and digital presence to support their esteemed reputation and dedicated way of working.
In order to implement a strong message throughout their areas of operation, we defined their three main routes of business: Property, Legal, and Finance with corresponding colour schemes. This helps new and existing customers to easily distinguish exactly what they want from Kirkham and also helps spread the message of the huge range of services they offer.
This was accompanied by a new strapline to summarise the company offering, a new brand style, and new approach to their marketing strategy both online and offline.
Representing a significant project, Cornerstone carried out the design and production of the company literature including brochures, folders, marketing packs, leaflets and press adverts, as well as website development, social media strategy, digital marketing, interior design, and exterior office signage, which was produced in house and installed by Cornerstone.
This overhaul has helped to better represent the Kirkham brand within the Oldham area and has received positive feedback from staff, customers, and other local businesses. The three main areas of the business are now presented to the public in a stronger, more consistent manner, helping to raise awareness across the range of sub-brands.
